Who can apply?

NSE is a selective programme and receives hundreds of applications annually, with approximately 35 students accepted.  The admission decision is based on an overall evaluation of the candidate, including academic results, work experience, volunteer work and personal motivation. Candidates are also required to be fluent in Norwegian.

You can apply to the NTNU School of Entrepreneurship, if you have the following academic background:

• Three years of a master’s degree in technology.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or an equivalent education).

• Bachelor’s degree in scientific subjects.

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, humanities or similar studies.

If you have a bachelor’s degree from an engineering college you have to meet the requirements that apply for a two-year masters degree in science. This means that you have to have completed 30 credits in mathematics and statistics, and that your grade average is no less than C. To find out if you meet the requirements contact NTNU’s admission office.

For Norwegian/Nordic students who have completed their bachelor degrees abroad, the deadline is March 1st!
