Miriam has an academic background from Industrial Economics and Technology Management. She had both been an exchange student in Australia, and attended a dance program at a people’s high school in the very remote Norwegian village of Gvarv, before she decided to study engineering. After three years as a university student, she decided to take a year off to follow her dream of dancing in New York, specializing in her favorite style, contemporary. Her love for aesthetic movement comes from being an artistic gymnast from an early age. In her spare time, Miriam has regularly taught both gymnastics and dance for kids. During her two years at NSE, Miriam is hoping to be a part of something that will help make the world a better place.
